52% Roussanne, 30% Sauvignon Blanc, 18% Claret. Natural fermentation. Medium bodied wine, rich in floral aromas, spicy and very suitable for Israeli food and climate. Sauvignon Blanc contributes the acidity and fruitiness while Roussanne adds the body, floral and honey flavors. The light sweetness (semi-dry wine) allows a wonderful match with a large variety of dishes. The sweetness is mild and balanced even when enjoying the wine without food.
