Dry red wine, 95% Malbec, 5% Petit Verdot.
The grapes were harvested manually at night in our organic vineyard in Shfeya Valley. Fermentation for 14 days in small stainless steel tanks while manually mixing the skins several times a day. At the end of fermentation, the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 15 months.
Wine with a Dark purple red color, aromas of black fruits, blueberries and ripe cassis, concentrated and floral. The body is medium-full with concentrated and pleasant tannins lining the mouth. Flavors of chocolate, blueberries, licorice, violets and iodine are noticeable and increase in the long finish. A complex, rich and balanced wine. This is one of the outstanding vintages of Malbec wine in the winery.
