The grapes were harvested by hand from a 40-year-old Semillon vineyard in Shfeya Valley area. After crushing, destemming and pressing the must was naturally fermented in large barrels and then continued to age in barrels for 15 months. The wine was made without clearing or filtration and with minimal addition of sulfur dioxide. Semillon 2018 is a medium to full bodied wine with perfumed and floral aromas. Flavors of honeycomb, white and yellow fruit, citrus blossoms and nectar. A consistent, long and rich ending.
