Varietal Colombard from a 40-year-old vineyard near Shuni, in the Nadiv Valley. The 2019 vintage fermented on wild yeast only and produced a very perfumed wine.
Straw-colored wine with a medium body, silky texture, rich minerality and aroma of white flowers. Chamomile and jasmine tea can be especially identified. In the mouth the flavors are rich and long with additional hints of herbs and limestone minerality.
