The Company actively promotes accessibility in accordance with the relevant accessibility legislation and has made every effort to enable inclusive use of the website for people with disabilities. The website has been adapted in accordance with Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations 2013, the Israeli Standard SI 5568, based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA guidelines, and the adaptations specified in the Israeli standard.

Physical Accessibility Arrangements

The Vortman Winery Visitor Center, located at 23 Nativ Ofakim St., Haifa, is largely inaccessible due to geographic, engineering, and historical constraints. In accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law 1998 and the relevant regulations, we are committed to making accessibility adaptations where feasible. However, due to the location, terrain, space, and economic/business scope, the Visitor Center is legally exempt from further accessibility modifications beyond its current state.

Visitor Center Accessibility Details:

• No designated parking for people with disabilities.

• Access to the Visitor Center from the street requires ascending 80 stairs with handrails.

• Accessible service counters are available at the Visitor Center.

• No assistive devices for the hearing impaired.

• No accessible restrooms.

• Service animals assisting people with disabilities are permitted.

• Staff at the counters are available to assist with purchasing and wine selection if needed.
