Vortman winery was founded in 2003 in Haifa. The concept behind the winery is the creation of high quality organic wines, grown only on Mt. Carmel, wines with local and personal character.

To achieve this goal, the whole process of tending the vines and making the wines is done by the same team. All the vineyards are grown organically, most of them without irrigation while keeping the natural flora.

Wine making combines tradition and modern methods aiming to produce the highest quality wines in a professional and precise way. The grapes are fermented naturally with wild yeast in small tanks. All our wines are vegan approved.
