A dry organic white wine. 100% Colombard. Aged 6 months in barrels.
The grapes were hand-harvested at night in August from our organic vineyard in Shfeya Valley near Zikhron Ya'akov. The juice fermented naturally with no added yeast. Certified organic wine.
The wine shows a straw color and a medium body. This vintage produced an aromatic, mineral-driven wine with citrus-blossom notes. Lemon and white grapefruit are clearly present. On the palate, the flavors are consistent and linger, with added hints of herbs and chalky minerality.
