A dry organic red wine. 90% Malbec, 5% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot.
The grapes were hand-harvested at night from the winery’s organic vineyard in Shfeya Valley. Fermentation took place over 20 days in small stainless-steel tanks, with manual punching down of the skins several times a day. After fermentation, the wine aged for 19 months in French oak barrels. Certified organic wine.
The wine shows a deep ruby-purple color, with aromas of black fruit, ripe cassis, and floral notes. Full-bodied, with concentrated yet soft tannins that coat the palate. Flavors of chocolate, blueberries, licorice, and violets develop through a long, persistent finish. A complex, rich, and balanced wine.
