A dry organic white wine made from 100% Semillon. The grapes were hand-harvested at night from the winery’s organic vineyard in Shfeya Valley. The juice underwent natural fermentation for five months and continued aging in large barrels for an additional five months on the lees. Certified organic wine.
The wine shows a straw-yellow color and medium body. Aromas of flowers, nectar, pears, and honey. The palate is smooth, with Mediterranean spice notes, earthy minerality, and hints of smoke. The finish is focused, long, and well-balanced.
