A dry red wine made from 40% Malbec, 40% Petit Verdot, and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon — the winery’s flagship Bordeaux-style blend. Deep purple-black in color and full-bodied, this wine is powerful, complex and rich, yet elegant.
Petit Verdot and Malbec thrive in Shfeya Valley, and both individually and together produce wines with intense dark color, concentrated dark fruit ,without excess sweetness and firm tannins. All of this is wrapped in an elegant structure with smooth tannins that coat the palate. Shfeya Valley Red 2015 can be described as “an iron fist in a silk glove.” The wine has excellent aging potential.
