A blend of Spanish varieties — 50% Grenache, 35% Carignan, 15% Mourvèdre.
The grapes were hand-harvested at night during August and September from the winery’s organic vineyard in Shfeya Valley. They arrived at the winery in the early morning hours and were immediately transferred into small tanks to begin fermentation.
