100% Petit Verdot.
The Petit Verdot grapes were hand-harvested at night in September from our vineyard in Shfeya Valley. The wine shows a deep purple-black color, a full body, and ripe tannins that coat the palate. On the nose, ripe and fresh black, blue, and purple fruit, floral notes, and forest floor. On the palate, concentrated black, blue, and purple fruit, violets, tobacco, forest soil, licorice, lavender, and roasted herbs. The finish is fruity, focused, and long.
