Dry red wine, 85% Malbec, 15% Petit Verdot.
The grapes were manually harvested at night in our organic vineyard in Shfeya Valley. Fermentation for 18 days in small stainless steel tanks while manually mixing the skins several times a day. At the end of fermentation, the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 17 months.
Dark red, blue and purple colored wine, concentrated aromas of black and blue fruits, blueberries and ripe cassis. The body is full with concentrated and soft tannins that coat the mouth. Flavors of milk chocolate, blueberries, licorice and violets intensify in the long finish. A complex, rich and balanced wine. This is another excellent vintage of Malbec wine at the winery.
