85% Petit Verdot, 15% Malbec.
Of the five red Bordeaux varieties, the two most outstanding in Shefia Valley are Malbec and Petit Verdot.
The wine has a dark purple-black color, full body and ripe, soft tannins that coat the mouth.  On the nose ripe and fresh black, blue and purple fruit, perfume and forest soil. In the mouth concentrated black, blue and purple fruit, violets, tobacco, forest soil, licorice, lavender and roasted herbs. fruity, consistent and long finish.
