Dry red wine, 100% Petit Verdot.
The grapes were manually harvested at night in our organic vineyard in Shfeya Valley. Fermentation for 22 days in small stainless steel tanks while manually mixing the skins several times a day. After fermentation, the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 20 months.
Aromas of blue, black and purple fruit. In the mouth the body is full, with chewy, noticeable tannins lining the mouth. Concentrated and compressed black and blue fruit, violets, iodine, tar, spicy forest soil and good consistent chocolatey finish. A very tasty wine for immediate drinking but also suitable for long aging for many years.
