A dry white blend made of 49% Roussanne, 43% Claret and 8% white Grenache from the winery's organic vineyard in Shfeya Valley. The three varieties originate from the warmer areas of southern France and are therefore suitable for our region. The grapes were manually harvested at night in August by the winery team. The juice was fermented by wild yeast and continued to age in large wooden barrels for 5 months. Supervised organic wine.
