A dry organic white wine. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Aged 5 months in barrels.
The grapes were hand-harvested at night in August from our organic vineyard in Shfeya Valley. The juice underwent natural fermentation with no added yeast. Certified organic wine.
The wine shows a straw-gold color and medium body. Aromas of citrus blossom, nectar, lemon, grapefruit, and white peach. Rich tropical fruit with characteristic green notes. Concentrated yet elegant, with good natural acidity that balances the expressive fruit aromas. The finish is long and persistent.
