Fume Blanc 2023

The wine shows a straw-gold color and medium body. Aromas of citrus blossom, nectar, lemon, grapefruit, and white peach. Rich tropical fruit with characteristic green notes. Concentrated yet elegant, with natural acidity that balances the abundant fruit aromas. The finish is long and focused.

What is organic wine?

The term “organic” is legally protected.
The word “organic” may be used on wine labels only when both grape growing and winemaking meet strict and clearly defined requirements.

Organic wine is made from grapes grown in vineyards free of toxins, synthetic materials, and genetic engineering. Vineyard management is carried out using ecological methods that protect people and the environment, preserve biodiversity in the vineyard, and maintain soil fertility.

Grape growing, vineyard practices, and winemaking are conducted with full transparency and under continuous supervision. Both the grape grower and the winemaker must be certified as organic producers by an authorized inspection and certification body. The IQC certification seal appears on the label and attests to compliance with all required standards.
