לבנט - 'ארץ הזריחה' בצרפתית, הוא מזרח הים התיכון. בעת העתיקה היה הלבנט איזור גידול וייצור יין עיקרי וידוע באיכותו. היינות שיוצרו בארץ ישראל הופצו על ידי הפיניקים בכל אגן הים התיכון, בספינות סוחר כמו זו המופיעה על התווית. הפיניקים היו עם כנעני שקיים קשרי תרבות ומסחר הדוקים עם עם ישראל. מהכתב הפיניקי התפתח הכתב העברי הקדום והכתב המערבי.
בלנד לבן יבש העשוי מ - 67% קלראט ו - 37% גרנאש לבן מהכרם האורגני של היקב בעמק שפיה. מקור הזנים באזורים החמים של דרום צרפת ולכן הם מתאימים גם לאזור שלנו. הענבים נבצרו בבציר ידני בשעות הלילה בחודש אוגוסט ע"י צוות היקב. המיץ תסס על ידי שמרי הבר והמשיך להתיישן בחביות עץ גדולות במשך 5 חודשים. יין אורגני מפוקח.

Organic wine ensures a wine free of toxins and rich in flavor, aroma, and color, as well as beneficial components such as antioxidants. It expresses the character of its growing region through taste and aroma, with strong potential for high quality and long aging.
What is organic wine?
The term “organic” is legally protected.
The word “organic” may be used on wine labels only when both grape growing and winemaking meet strict and clearly defined requirements.
Organic wine is made from grapes grown in vineyards free of toxins, synthetic materials, and genetic engineering. Vineyard management is carried out using ecological methods that protect people and the environment, preserve biodiversity in the vineyard, and maintain soil fertility.
Grape growing, vineyard practices, and winemaking are conducted with full transparency and under continuous supervision. Both the grape grower and the winemaker must be certified as organic producers by an authorized inspection and certification body. The IQC certification seal appears on the label and attests to compliance with all required standards.
