Rose 2022

Light salmon copper color wine with medium body. Perfumed with aromas orange,  peach, red grapefruit and strawberries. Flavours of citrus fruit, strawberries, white flowers and minerality. In the beginning, delicacy and lightness  are felt and in the end complexity and a pleasent sourness that cleanses the palate. This is a classic and elegant rosé that goes very well with or without food.

A living wine. A healthy wine. An ecological wine.

Organic wine is grown and made in a living, healthy environment, with respect for fertile soil, biodiversity in the vineyard, and the well-being of nature and people alike.

Organic wine ensures a wine free of toxins and rich in flavor, aroma, and color, as well as beneficial components such as antioxidants. It expresses the character of its growing region through taste and aroma, with strong potential for high quality and long aging.

What is organic wine?

The term “organic” is legally protected.
The word “organic” may be used on wine labels only when both grape growing and winemaking meet strict and clearly defined requirements.

Organic wine is made from grapes grown in vineyards free of toxins, synthetic materials, and genetic engineering. Vineyard management is carried out using ecological methods that protect people and the environment, preserve biodiversity in the vineyard, and maintain soil fertility.

Grape growing, vineyard practices, and winemaking are conducted with full transparency and under continuous supervision. Both the grape grower and the winemaker must be certified as organic producers by an authorized inspection and certification body. The IQC certification seal appears on the label and attests to compliance with all required standards.
