Light salmon copper colored wine with a medium body. Aromas of red fruits, oranges, peach, red grapefruit and strawberries. Citrus fruit flavors, strawberries, white flowers and minerals. At the beginning subtlety and lightness are noticeable and at the end a pleasant complexity and acidity that cleanses the palate. This is a classic and elegant rosé that is suitable for drinking with or without food.
Dry organic rosé, made from 88% red Grenache and 12% white Grenache. The grapes were harvested by hand at night in our organic vineyard in Shfeya valley. The wine was aged in barrels for 5 months on the lees of the wild yeasts. Supervised organic wine.

What is organic wine?
The term “organic” is legally protected.
The word “organic” may be used on wine labels only when both grape growing and winemaking meet strict and clearly defined requirements.
Organic wine is made from grapes grown in vineyards free of toxins, synthetic materials, and genetic engineering. Vineyard management is carried out using ecological methods that protect people and the environment, preserve biodiversity in the vineyard, and maintain soil fertility.
Grape growing, vineyard practices, and winemaking are conducted with full transparency and under continuous supervision. Both the grape grower and the winemaker must be certified as organic producers by an authorized inspection and certification body. The IQC certification seal appears on the label and attests to compliance with all required standards.
