Organic dry white wine, made from 85% Semillon, 15% Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes were harvested by hand at night in our organic vineyard in Shfeya valley. The grape juice underwent a spontaneous fermentation of the wild yeast and was aged in barrels for 8 months on the lees. Supervised organic wine.

What is organic wine?
The term “organic” is legally protected.
The word “organic” may be used on wine labels only when both grape growing and winemaking meet strict and clearly defined requirements.
Organic wine is made from grapes grown in vineyards free of toxins, synthetic materials, and genetic engineering. Vineyard management is carried out using ecological methods that protect people and the environment, preserve biodiversity in the vineyard, and maintain soil fertility.
Grape growing, vineyard practices, and winemaking are conducted with full transparency and under continuous supervision. Both the grape grower and the winemaker must be certified as organic producers by an authorized inspection and certification body. The IQC certification seal appears on the label and attests to compliance with all required standards.
